Brief synopsis: This project will identify modifiable intervention targets for reducing substance use and other syndemic conditions to strengthen the HIV care continuum, particularly during times of acute social and economic stress, in order to help facilitate vaccine distribution among young Black sexual minority men living with HIV in the US South.
